Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation:

Reservations are required in order to guarentee a seat for events. A reservation can be secured by using a credit/debit card. Walk-ins are accepted with an additional $5 fee and upon approval of scheduled artist to ensure proper staffing is in place. A minium of 3 guests must be preregistered for an event to remain

Private Parties:

A reservation can be secured using a credit/debit card. There is a 3 day cancellation policy. There is a $75 cancellation fee, if less than 3 days is given for cancellation. Payments issued are non-refundable, upon cancellation of event a in-studio credit will be issued for another future date. There must be at least a minimum of 5 to book a private party. If the minimum # of guests did not attend, the host{ess) will be charged to meet the minimum. However, the host(ess) will recieve a studio credit in the form of a gift certificate for the value of the non-attendees.
